BASIC FOUNDATION
CINDER BLOCK PIERS
Popular and affordable option for your structure’s foundation is to set up the building on cinder block piers. No site prep or previous scheduling necessary. Your structure is leveled up on cinder block piers placed every 8′. The delivery driver will bring cinder blocks along to complete the setup. This is a suitable foundation for a reasonably level site and lighter duty application. In wet conditions, settling may occur. Not recommended for buildings 14′-16′ wide.

GRAVEL FOUNDATIONS
A gravel foundation is one of the best all around foundations. It provides your structure with a solid, visually appealing foundation that efficiently drains water. Your Structure will last longer with less maintenance. Gravel foundation needs to be sufficiently packed and completely level to avoid potential issues. No cinder blocks will be needed for setup, this cost can be can allocated for your gravel base. Recommended for buildings 14′-16′ wide.
ECONOMY GRAVEL BASE
A level spot to put your new structure. It supports your floor from front to back and increases it’s weight capacity. When planning your spot, be sure to remember that the grade affects the cost of the foundation.

PREMIUM GRAVEL BASE
A solid platform with a sleek look. The 4×6 pressure treated timber perimeter keeps everything together. The fabric barrier keeps weeds away and adds stability to foundation. After four timbers of height the perimeter will be reinforced for extra stability.

CONCRETE FOUNDATION
CONCRETE BASE
This is by far the sturdiest and longest lasting option. It requires more initial investment, but provides superior stability for heavy loads. We recommend the pad be the same size as the footprint of your building. If larger than your building, make sure aprons are sloped away from the building for water drainage. Once your structure is installed on the concrete, it is no longer portable unless you have the included wood floor. When planning a concrete foundation, we work together to get you the exact dimensions and details such as your preferred surface finish. Recommended for buildings 14’-16’ wide.
