What are my options for making monthly payments?
You will receive a monthly invoice approximately 15 days before payment is due. The invoice includes information about your monthly payments and the status of your account.
- You can mail a check or money order to our office before the due date.
- You can call our Customer Service Department and pay with a debit or credit card.
- We also provide automatic draft payment options.
What is the interest rate on my payments?
There is no interest rate as you are simply renting on a month-to-month basis.
Can I move the structure that I am renting to a different location?
You must contact us before moving the structure from the location listed on your contract.
Can I add improvements to the inside or outside of the structure?
Please contact us before making any changes to our property. Unauthorized changes may void the warranty.

Simple Steps for Our Rent-to-Own Program
Our rent-to-own program is built right into our online builder, with no credit check required. Here’s how our RTO program works:
- Choose the size, style, and color of the building that suits your needs.
- A down payment of two-months’ rent is required to get your building delivered.
- Once constructed, the building will be delivered and set up at your location.
- After the initial two months, you rent the building by the month.
- If your needs or circumstances change, you may cancel the rental contract by calling us and requesting we pick up the building.
- You can acquire ownership by renting for 36-months or by purchasing at a discounted payoff amount. 24, 48, and 60-month terms also available.
